You will mentor staff, coordinate with contractors and tenants, and ensure building systems operate efficiently while keeping up with the latest technology trends in critical facilities.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating maintenance teams in a data center or mission-critical environment.
• Ability to mentor and coach staff and manage schedules.
• Strong communication with tenants, clients, owners, and vendors.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and building systems.
• Ability to identify and resolve moderately complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities and schedules.
• Assign tasks and cross-train staff; set and track deadlines.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Implement improvements for preventive maintenance programs.
• Maintain building-specific maintenance and safety manuals.
• Coordinate maintenance with outside contractors and tenant finish personnel.
• Oversee all building systems including fire/life safety, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical.
• Maintain current knowledge of latest technology trends in the field.
• Communicate with tenants, clients, owners, facility management, and vendors.
• Respond to emergencies and customer concerns.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
