Pinnacle Group, Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter – Data Center to staff data center, networking and infrastructure roles on a remote basis within the United States.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, source Data Center Technicians, Network Engineers and Infrastructure Engineers, and own the candidate experience from screening through onboarding. You'll collaborate with delivery managers to understand resource needs and ensure timely placements while maintaining ATS records.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for Data Center, networking and infrastructure roles.
• Source Data Center Technicians, Network Engineers, and Infrastructure Engineers.
• Recruit Server, Storage, and Data Center Migration specialists.
• Support project-based staffing and managed services engagements.
• Partner with delivery managers to understand resource requirements.
• Manage technical screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Ensure timely recruitment delivery and maintain ATS records.
