Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a systems-oriented leader to oversee all data center and warehouse management system activities in our distribution network. You will supervise clerical staff, manage equipment inventories, and coordinate software and hardware upgrades to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires 4–6 years of management experience in a systems-related environment, preferably within a distribution network.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience supervising teams in a systems environment.
• Understanding of databases used in systems.
• Ability to manage schedules, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all DC systems activities and data center operations.
• Supervises data entry clerical staff and coordinates hardware/software installations.
• Maintains hardware and network equipment; coordinates vendor engagement when needed.
• Participates in system-related projects and training within the DC.
