Qualifications

• Manages 20+ associates across a department.
• 4–6 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• High School diploma; college preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day department operations, planning, flow, and resource allocation.
• Motivate and develop associates; sustain positive morale and company culture.
• Build relationships with partners across Management, HR, Union, and Transportation.
• Communicate effectively to improve efficiency and uphold safety standards.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping requirements are met; drive continuous improvement.
