Job summary

TJX Companies is seeking a Distribution Center leader to take ownership of an efficient, safe department on the floor. You will direct orders, review performance, and guide associates to meet daily production requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading diverse teams of 20+ associates.
• 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Proficient in math and basic PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the distribution department to meet production targets.
• Motivate and develop associates; maintain positive morale and culture.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners across the business and union.
• Communicate effectively with staff and management to improve efficiency.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are met at all times.
• Identify opportunities to improve practices and processes and implement changes.
