Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a Data Center Supervisor in El Paso. You will lead a team within the Distribution Center, manage system operations, and oversee hardware maintenance and software implementations.

You will coordinate with Home Office and DC leadership, manage system changes, and ensure smooth delivery of reports and services. A BS/BA in business and 4–6 years of systems management experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level education in business or related field.
• 4-6 years management experience in a systems related environment, preferably a Distribution network.
• Experience supervising and coordinating DC systems and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Supervises all activities and personnel in the Data Center.
• Oversees ticket and distribution printing processes, output matching, report delivery, equipment maintenance and reporting.
• Oversees all Systems Support activities including SCAN WMS, Sortation, Voice and Labor Management Systems; manages reporting, escalation, and resolution of issues.
• Coordinates system changes, new software and fixes; communicates recommendations to DC Management.
• Oversees network hardware maintenance and monitors inventory and equipment; coordinates software/hardware installations.
