Job summary

Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, is seeking a DC systems manager at our El Paso distribution center. You will oversee the Data Center operations, manage software/hardware installations, maintenance, and oversee data-entry staff to ensure accurate, timely reporting. Requires 4–6 years of systems management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years management experience in a systems related environment.
• Understands relationships and interfaces between systems and platforms.
• Requires excellent communication skills and ability to communicate changes to management, peers and subordinates.
• Understand the databases used in all systems and supervisory experience with networks and problem solving.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• College Degree preferred / HS Diploma or GED

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages all Data Center systems activities.
• Manages computer operations, Data Center activities, upgrades and maintenance.
• Supervises clerical staff involved in daily data entry.
