Job summary
Lambda Labs is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Specialist to join our Salt Lake City data center team. You will rack, label, cabling, and configure new server, storage, and network equipment, diagnose complex issues, and maintain detailed DCIM documentation.

Qualifications
- Familiarity with data center infrastructure systems including power distribution, airflow, environmental monitoring, capacity planning, and DCIM software.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Strong ability to follow complex technical instructions precisely.
Responsibilities
- Rack, label, cabling, and configure new server, storage, and network infrastructure per standards.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues across enterprise systems.
- Document data center layouts and topologies in DCIM software.
- Coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing to deploy systems and manage large projects.
- Oversee depot inventory and lifecycle tracking across data centers.
- Collaborate with Hardware Support to resolve infra tickets quickly.
- Coordinate with RMA to return defective components and order replacements.
- Adhere to installation standards and maintain consistent documentation.
