Job summary

Lambda Labs is seeking a Data Center Infrastructure Technician to join our Kansas City, MO Data Center. The role requires presence five days a week, racking and labeling hardware, resolving complex hardware and software issues, and documenting data center layouts in DCIM.

You will work with supply chain, manufacturing, and HP/ HW Support teams to ensure timely deployment of systems, manage parts inventory, and drive standardization across sites. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiar with critical data center infrastructure and DCIM concepts.
• Ability to follow installation and labeling standards precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and instruction-following capabilities.

Responsibilities

• rack, label, cabling, and configure new server, storage and network gear
• troubleshoot hardware and software in advanced systems
• document data center layout and topology in DCIM
• coordinate with supply chain and manufacturing for deployments
• manage a parts depot inventory and track equipment through stages
• collaborate with HW Support to resolve infra tickets
• coordinate RMA processes for faulty parts
• ensure consistent placement and cabling documentation across data centers
