Job summary
Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks a data center equipment technician to install, rack, label, cable, and configure infrastructure across our KS/MO data centers. You will troubleshoot issues on cutting-edge systems and document layouts in DCIM software, collaborating with supply chain and manufacturing for large deployments.
Role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong attention to detail, and willingness to travel for new data center bring-ups.
Qualifications
- Familiar with critical infrastructure systems supporting data centers (power distribution, airflow, environmental monitoring, capacity planning)
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Action-oriented and eager to learn
- Willing to travel for bringing up new data center locations
Responsibilities
- Rack, label, cable, and configure new server, storage and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on advanced systems
- Document data center layout and network topology in DCIM software
- Coordinate with supply chain & manufacturing for deployment plans
- Manage a parts depot inventory through delivery to handoff stage
- Collaborate with HW Support to resolve infrastructure tickets
- Coordinate RMA for faulty parts and replacements
- Adhere to installation standards for consistent data centers
