Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for customer requests via phone, email, and portal.
• Process requests and engage SMEs as appropriate.
• Administer ticket queues and ensure updates through resolution and SLA adherence.
• Provide escort duties for customers, vendors, and Telco teams.
• Perform basic remote hand support duties for customers.
• Coordinate incident management and escalation with on-site personnel.
• Monitor health of building systems (power, cooling, fire, BMS) and access control/cameras.
• Oversee security and safety policy enforcement and incident response.
