Job summary

Jobtailor in New York is seeking a seasoned supervisor to lead production associates in loading/unloading freight and to oversee server rack assembly and installation. You will use multiple systems to track materials and support inventory replenishments while maintaining safety standards.

You will guide subordinates, monitor areas for accuracy and policy compliance, and implement efficiency improvements. Strong communication with customers and teammates is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Solid interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Must pass background checks and drug/alcohol tests.
• 3–6 years’ experience in material handling operations is preferred.

Requirements
