Job summary

DataX Connect is seeking a Data Center Superintendent to join multiple on-site projects in North Dakota. You will manage day-to-day activities, coordinate subcontractors and drive the programme while prioritising safety and quality on fast-paced mission-critical work.

The role requires leading site teams, ensuring alignment with project schedules, and collaborating with Project Managers and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain momentum on major data center developments in the region.

Qualifications

• Strong data center or mission critical construction experience.
• Experience as Superintendent, General Superintendent, Construction Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Experience working for a General Contractor or major construction organization.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and trade packages.
• Strong safety and quality focus.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Willingness to work full-time on site in North Dakota.

DataX Connect is supporting the delivery of major data center developments across North Dakota and is looking for experienced Data Center Superintendents to join multiple projects in North Dakota.

We are looking for strong field construction professionals who can take ownership of site activities, coordinate subcontractors and help drive programme, safety and quality across fast-paced mission critical projects.

The role

As Superintendent, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day construction activities on site and ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with the project schedule.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and coordinating subcontractors and field teams
• Driving daily construction activities against the project programme
• Monitoring safety, quality and productivity across the site
• Coordinating CSA, MEP and specialist trade activities
