Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent in North Dakota for datacenter construction. You will oversee from planning to completion, manage subcontractors and budgets, and ensure top safety standards. A strong leadership track record, OSHA 30 familiarity, and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA 30 and other relevant safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proven experience in strategic planning and coordination.
• Strong budget management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in commissioning and closeout processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of large-scale construction projects from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Oversee budget planning and management for all projects, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Ensure projects adhere to highest safety standards and promote a positive safety culture.
• Handle commissioning and closeout processes, ensuring high-quality completion.
• Mentor and guide superintendents, project engineers, and field staff.
• Implement strategic planning and coordination for smooth project execution.
• Regularly report on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
