  • Coordinate civil, structural, architectural (CSA), mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) activities to ensure efficient project sequencing.
  • Lead daily coordination meetings, subcontractor meetings, and site safety briefings.
  • Monitor subcontractor productivity, manpower allocation, and construction progress against project milestones.
  • Identify and resolve field coordination issues, construction conflicts, and potential schedule delays.
  • Ensure all construction activities comply with project specifications, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate material deliveries, equipment installation, site logistics, and subcontractor access.
  • Oversee inspections, punch lists, quality control processes, and corrective actions.
  • Support commissioning activities, equipment energization, integrated systems testing, and final client turnover.
  • Maintain accurate daily reports, construction documentation, and progress updates.
Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, site logistics, and subcontractor coordination.
  • Working knowledge of CSA and MEP systems and their interfaces.

  • Previous involvement in projects valued at $100M+.
  • Experience working for established data center General Contractors.
  • Knowledge of mission-critical infrastructure, including electrical distribution, generators, UPS systems, switchgear, and cooling systems.
  • Experience coordinating CSA and MEP construction activities on accelerated project schedules.
  • Familiarity with commissioning, energization procedures, integrated systems testing (IST), and phased turnover.
  • Experience managing large subcontractor workforces across multiple trades.
