Schneider Electric is seeking an Execution Project Manager for a customer-facing role in the United States. You will manage moderate-size customer projects from initiation to closeout, collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management while maintaining safety and quality standards. Expect up to 50% travel and direct customer communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant project management experience leading technical projects.
• Experience leading Data Center Construction projects.
• Strong commercial acumen (contracts, T&Cs, scope of work, and change orders).
• Proficiency in SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Smartsheet, MS Office, and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and closeout.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA).
• Manage project scope, change orders, schedules, milestones, and integrated project plans.
• Oversee financial performance including budget tracking, forecasting, and margin optimization.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, engineering resources, vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead commissioning, testing, installation quality, and turnover activities.
