Job summary

Schlumberger's New Energy & Industrial division seeks a Sourcing Leader to drive the daily sourcing plan for a manufacturing center. You will lead Sourcing Specialists and ensure compliance with terms and contracts while coordinating with production teams.

You will develop action plans to improve lead times and reduce costs, manage open sourcing assignments, monitor spend against plan, and support supplier agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or supply chain preferred.
• Minimum four years’ experience in purchasing or sourcing leadership.
• Demonstrated commitment to positive change in the supply chain.
• Experience leading teams in supply chain activities.
• Strong ERP knowledge, e.g. SAP.

Responsibilities

• Execute and own the sourcing plan for purchased items.
• Plan with planning and production teams to align supply.
• Enforce sourcing procedures and contracts.
• Improve lead time, cost reduction and on-time delivery.
• Manage past-due sourcing assignments and open sourcing needs.
• Review material master settings and non-BOM sourcing events.
• Report sourcing statistics and participate in financial reviews.
• Ensure adherence to supplier agreements and contracts.
• Support invoice discrepancies resolution and continuous improvements.
• Deliver a top performing workforce and reduce waste.
