Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years in a customer-facing technical or sales engineering role in data center solutions.
• Experience with telecom and networking, and ability to design complex technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customized data center solutions focused on electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
• Engage with clients to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership across the project lifecycle from concept to post-deployment.
• Evaluate technologies and stay updated on data center industry trends.
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and oversee testing for performance and reliability.
• Create documentation and transfer knowledge to clients and internal teams.
• Support pre-sales with technical input, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Identify opportunities to improve solution design processes and standards.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
