Job summary

Chemelex is seeking an Account Executive - Data Center Solutions to drive new business and revenue growth across Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. You will identify opportunities, build strategic relationships, and promote advanced cooling technologies in a fast-paced market.

The role requires 5–7 years of sales and account management experience, a bachelor’s degree, and familiarity with data center infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
5–7 years of sales and account management experience.
Experience in data center or mission-critical infrastructure markets preferred.
Familiarity with data center technologies like liquid cooling or thermal management.
Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Willingness to travel up to 30-40%.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across hyperscalers, colocation providers, and enterprise customers.
Build and nurture relationships with OEMs, integrators, consultants, and channel partners to influence buying decisions.
Manage the sales cycle from initial engagement through contract closure and maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
