Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales or account management in HVAC, mechanical systems, or mission-critical infra.
• Experience selling to data centers, critical facilities, or large commercial projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel locally within the Pacific Northwest.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of data center and mission-critical accounts, including hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise facilities.
• Drive early-stage specification with engineers, owners, and end users.
• Develop and execute account strategies for key customers and strategic projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and project teams to support from pursuit through commissioning.
• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts, including expansions and efficiency upgrades.
• Manage long-cycle sales opportunities from initial engagement to close.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, ensuring responsiveness and technical credibility.
• Track pipeline activity, forecasts, and key account metrics; represent Ambient at events and job sites.
