Oracle seeks a Data Center Operations professional to manage a moderately complex site, monitor key metrics, and address capacity and cooling issues. You will optimize automation and monitoring tools, document processes, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across regions.

Role involves supporting new region builds, coordinating with project teams, and overseeing installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics while leading upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations, capacity planning, and incident management.
• Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage data center operations for a moderately complex site and monitor key metrics.
• Analyze capacity and cooling, advise improvements, and support escalated issues.
• Document processes, incident responses, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
• Support new region builds, expand sites, and oversee installations and logistics.
• Lead component upgrades and advise on data center purchases and deployments.
• Plan, execute, and monitor work to keep projects on track.
• Collaborate across teams to meet business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Identify standard and non-standard issues, perform RCA, and share best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends and foster a culture of continuous learning.
