Job summary

Oracle is seeking an experienced Data Center Site Manager to independently oversee one or more data centers, drive performance analyses, and monitor facility health to implement significant enhancements. The role coordinates cross-functional teams across regions, leads incident resolution, and ensures efficient expansions and upgrades to maintain data center reliability.

Qualifications

• Independently responsible for one or more Data Centers.
• Leads performance trend analyses related to capacity, temperature, availability, and related metrics.
• Proactively monitors facility health (power, cooling, security) and develops major enhancements.
• Leads incident resolution, escalation handling, and automation to mitigate problems.
• Oversees expansions, site builds, installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics for data centers.

Responsibilities

• Data Center Site Portfolio Management for one or more centers.
• Performance monitoring and analysis of capacity, temperature, availability, and cleanliness.
• Issue management and automation: lead incident resolution, escalate issues, implement automation and monitoring tools.
• Expansion support: oversee new region builds and expansion activities, coordinate with project teams for capacity planning.
• Installation and maintenance oversight: manage installations, repairs, inventory, and logistics; plan rack deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
