Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Project Developer for its Data Center division to drive development from site identification to ready-to-build status. You will manage the full lifecycle of CED projects, collaborating with technical teams, regulators, and external partners to ensure timely delivery and operational success.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in project development or real estate within renewable energy or industrial construction.
• Knowledge of US regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop CED developments opportunities, assessing site suitability and connection availability.
• Assess the logistical ubication, to ensure the viability of the plant.
• Sign the necessary agreements to secure the Industrial land required for the proper development of the plant.
• Lead project management activities, including feasibility studies, permitting, and stakeholder coordination.
• Negotiate with landowners, regulatory agencies, and technical partners to secure all necessary project approvals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, suppliers, and business partners.
