Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10 years of experience
• Masters degree and 8 year of experience
• PhD and 6 years of experience
• Must be willing to relocate/commute to the MS Gulf Coast Area; Ingalls Shipbuilding is located in Pascagoula, MS.

Responsibilities

• Govern Infrastructure Service Providers delivering Data Center Services to ensure contracts, SLAs, standards, and performance expectations.
• Act as primary accountability for provider performance including contract oversight, invoicing, change control, DR activities, risk mgmt, and service improvement.
• Provide strategic oversight of data center and hybrid cloud operations in alignment with security and architectural standards.
• Oversee cloud and on-premises infrastructure services including compute, storage, networking, identity management, and hybrid integrations.
• Ensure compliance with security requirements through governance of Azure security controls, access management, and threat protection.
• Lead resolution of major infrastructure incidents and serve as senior escalation point for operational issues.
• Develop and maintain operational standards, governance frameworks, documentation, and best practices.
• Collaborate with application, network, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to maintain secure, reliable, scalable infra.
