Experience establishing data governance programs with policies, standards, and processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance framework including quality, stewardship, security, and lifecycle policies.
Create a long-term data strategy aligned to the mission with secure hybrid-cloud focus.
Embed a zero-trust security model into data policies and strategies.
Design a governance model with defined roles, responsibilities, and accountability for assets.
Lead data asset inventory exercises to identify data holdings and locations.
Develop a strategic roadmap with milestones for the data management transition.
Create logical and physical data models to visualize data creation, storage, and access.
