Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Building Supervisor to lead the security team for a data center building in Levittown, PA. You will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with site procedures, and report to the Campus Supervisor.

You will directly supervise 15–20+ officers, manage schedules, respond to incidents, and coordinate with the Account Manager. A CPR/First Aid/AED certification and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Valid CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
• Experience supervising a crew in security/public safety.
• Ability to manage multi-shift teams in high-security environments.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Quip, Chime, and related tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working in data center or large construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for the building and posts.
• Directly supervise 15–20+ security officers, providing coaching and performance management.
• Manage daily schedules, handle call-offs and fill open shifts to maintain coverage.
• Communicate updates to the Campus Supervisor and Account Manager.
• Conduct post checks and audits to ensure site procedures are followed.
