Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Building Supervisor to lead security operations for a data center building. You will supervise 15–20+ officers, coordinate day-to-day coverage, and ensure adherence to site procedures and client expectations.

This on-site role requires strong leadership, incident response, and precise reporting through Outlook, Teams, Quip, and Forms. You will maintain schedules, conduct post checks, and escalate issues to the Campus Supervisor and Account

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain a Valid CPR/First Aid/AED certification.
• Proven experience supervising and managing a crew in a security or public safety environment.
• Ability to manage a multi-shift team in a high-security, fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Outlook, Teams, Quip, Chime, Slack and Microsoft Forms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
• Familiarity with data center environments or large construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for the assigned building, covering posts.
• Directly supervise 15–20+ security officers with coaching and performance management.
• Manage daily schedules, address call-offs and fill open shifts to maintain coverage.
• Communicate updates to Campus Supervisor and Account Manager.
• Conduct post checks and audits to ensure compliance with procedures.
