Job summary

Building Supervisor position at Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. in Warminster Township, PA.

The lead security supervisor will oversee all day-to-day operations for a data center building, ensuring compliance with site procedures, staffing support, and on-site authority for post execution and officer performance. You will coordinate shifts, train and coach a 15–20+ officer team, and report to the Campus Supervisor.

Qualifications

• CPR, First Aid and AED certification required.
• Experience supervising a security team in a data center or similar environment.
• Ability to manage multi-shift teams in a high-security setting.
• Proficient with Outlook, Teams, Quip, Chime, Slack and Microsoft Forms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with data center environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations for the building including perimeter and internal posts.
• Directly supervise 15–20+ security officers with coaching and performance management.
• Manage daily schedules, handle call-offs and fill shifts to maintain coverage.
• Communicate schedule updates and concerns to the Campus Supervisor and Account Manager.
• Conduct post checks and audits to ensure compliance.
• Track operational metrics and submit documentation via Outlook, Teams, Quip, Forms, and Chime.
• Complete daily end-of-shift reports documenting activities and incidents.
• Respond to alarm activations and security incidents per protocol.
• Administer corrective actions up to written warnings and termination tickets.
• Ensure officers meet compliance standards and site expectations.
• Serve as a working supervisor across all posts.
• Maintain a flexible schedule for visibility across shifts.
• Report safety violations and incidents with proper documentation.
• Confirm officers are equipped and aware of emergency procedures; conduct hourly post-checks.
• Maintain professional customer service with client personnel, contractors, visitors.
• Ensure escalations follow Post Orders and company policies.
• Foster relationships with client contacts and SMEs within each shell.
