Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Security Site Supervisor to oversee the safety, security, and regulatory compliance of the data center infrastructure and personnel. You will supervise Security Officers and Shipping and Receiving staff, coordinating with the Data Center Operations Team to maintain secure, compliant facilities.

The role requires leadership in access control, alarms, CCTV, and incident response, with knowledge of SOC 2, PCI DSS, and HIPAA standards.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 2–4 year degree or equivalent; related security training accepted.
• Active certifications such as CSG or CPO preferred and to be obtained within six months.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations for Security Officers and Shipping staff.
• Identify and attract talent through recruitment processes.
• Enforce security protocols to protect the data center and personnel.
• Coach staff on professional conduct and performance management.
• Administer access control, CCTV, alarms, and related systems during shifts.
• Prepare security reports for clients and leadership.
