Job summary

M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Security Installation Project Manager (Project Leader 1) to lead large data center electronic security installations from planning through execution.

You will oversee scope, schedule, budget, and safety compliance while coordinating with engineers, contractors, and clients across federal, local, and commercial projects. Ideal candidates have a BS degree in engineering or related field and 7+ years of PM experience in construction or security systems, with

Qualifications

• BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math or Physics with 7+ years experience (or 5+ with MS).
• Proven track record of supervising construction PMs and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Overall financial management of the project(s).
• On-time project completion.
• Coordinate and run project kick-off meetings (PKOM).
• Forecast cash flow and manpower needs for projects.
• Order materials, tools, and equipment.
• Prepare price proposals and change orders.
• Prepare monthly reports on budget, schedule, cash flow, and manpower.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements.
• Ensure safety regulations are adhered to.
• Coordinate with GC and other trades.
