You will oversee large data-center electronic security installation projects, coordinating with engineers, clients, and contractors to deliver on time and within budget. Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or Physics with 7+ years experience or 5+ years with a MS degree.
• Experience supervising Construction Project Managers and performing PM duties on construction projects.
• Extensive Project Management experience managing teams and monitoring multiple projects.
• Experience with up-front project involvement with engineering firms, the client, and General Contractors.
• Proven track record of successful projects across multi-discipline scopes (Fire Alarm, Communications, Security, AV, Power, Instrumentation).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and think strategically.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall administration and implementation of large data center electronic security installation projects.
• Focus on on-time project completion and financial management.
• Coordinate project kick-off meetings and PKOM.
• Forecast cash flow and manpower needs for projects.
• Order materials, tools, and equipment; prepare price proposals and change orders.
• Prepare monthly reports analyzing budget, schedule, cash flow, and manpower.
• Identify cost-saving and quality-improvement opportunities; apply best practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with the general contractor and other trades.
