M.C. Dean's Data Center Security Installation Project Manager will oversee large data center electronic security installation projects from site in Charleston, SC, ensuring on-time completion, budget control, and coordination with the general contractor and other trades.

BS in Engineering with 5+ years' experience, CPM scheduling, and proficiency with MS Office, Bluebeam, and PDF are required; travel to project locations as needed.

Qualificações

• BS in Engineering (EE or related) with 5+ years of experience.
• 5 years' experience with electrical or construction contractor.
• Experience on projects from $500,000 to $10M.
• Experience with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
• Experience with CPM Scheduling.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints and drawings on projects.
• Strong interpersonal and writing skills and be a problem owner/solver.
• Proficiency with Computers including MS Office, Blue Beam, and PDF.

Responsabilidades

• Overall administration, organization, and implementation of large data center electronic security installation projects.
• The data center is located at the Charleston, SC project site and position is on-site.
• Coordinate with general contractor and other trades; manage kick-off and progress meetings.
• Forecast cash flow and manpower needs; prepare price proposals and change orders.
• Prepare monthly reports analyzing budget, schedule and manpower; ensure safety regulations are followed.
