Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer Level 1 to protect personnel and property, manage access control, monitor CCTV, and respond to incidents.

The role emphasizes clear communication, coordination with DCOPS, and collaboration across departments, including Shipping & Receiving. A strong customer service focus and security awareness are essential for maintaining a secure data center environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; security-related education is a plus.
• Active security certifications (CSG or CPO) required within six months of employment.
• Experience in a security role, data center environment a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain security on site and ensure proper identification for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems; respond to incidents and complete reports.
• Conduct security-related audits and assist with Shipping & Receiving tasks when needed.
