Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking an on-site Security Officer Level 1 to support a data center environment.

The role includes access control, CCTV monitoring, incident response, and written reporting during a Sunday–Tuesday 7pm–7am schedule with Wednesday 1pm–7pm. You will work with the DCOPS team to maintain a safe workplace, assist with shipping/receiving, and ensure adherence to security procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Solid communication skills and customer service experience.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; security training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper identification for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and access controls; respond to incidents promptly.
• Complete Shift Activity Reports, Incident Reports, and logbooks.
• Assist with Shipping & Receiving tasks when needed.
• Follow security procedures and company policies at all times.
