Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer Level 1 to join a vigilant, client-facing security team.

You will manage access control, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and prepare detailed reports while coordinating with DCOPS and Shipping & Receiving. The role requires a high school diploma, mandatory certifications within six months, and a willingness to work Sunday through Tuesday 7pm–7am and on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Active certifications such as CSG or CPO within six months of employment preferred.
• 1 year security experience or equivalent background.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper identification for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Patrol assigned posts on foot to maintain visibility.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems; respond to incidents.
• Complete Shift Activity Reports, Incident Reports, and Passdown logs.
• Assist Shipping & Receiving as needed and conduct audits as directed.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with local services.
• Maintain adherence to security procedures and company policies.
