Job summary

NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. is seeking a Security Officer L1 to join our on-site security team.

Under the Security Supervisor, you will manage access control, monitor CCTV, respond to incidents, and complete written reports, collaborating with Data Center Operations to keep personnel and property safe. The role requires strong client-facing communication, a vigilant attitude, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems preferred.
• Active security certifications such as CSG or CPO within six months.

Responsibilities

• Manage access control for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Monitor CCTV and security technologies; respond to incidents.
• Complete concise incident and shift reports and keep documentation up to date.
• Collaborate with Shipping & Receiving and other departments as needed.
• Maintain safety and professional work environment on site.
• Attend to site emergencies and coordinate with local authorities.
