Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Data Center Security Supervisor to oversee security operations at a client site in Fairless Hills, PA. The role requires leading a team and coordinating shifts, with a focus on safety, compliance, and incident reporting.

The position offers a $25.00/hour pay rate for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including at least one weekend shift. Responsibilities include observing and reporting incidents, protecting client property and personnel, and managing weekend

Qualifications

• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead teams of 5 or more employees.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Meet all state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for supervisors.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Proficient computer skills preferred.
• Flexible for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Observe and report activities and incidents at client sites to ensure safety.
• Protect property by providing security for client property and personnel.
• Handle frequent physical demands such as sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and navigating uneven terrain.
