Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead commercial physical security and related systems integration projects in data center environments. You will oversee installation, programming, testing, certification, customer training, and subcontractor coordination while ensuring adherence to scope, budget, schedule, and code requirements.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of field service, systems integration, or project management experience.
• Commercial physical security integration experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in data center environments strongly preferred.
• Strong field supervision and team leadership experience.
• Proficiency with security systems such as Genetec, Axis, Hanwha, BioConnect, or Alcatraz preferred.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage site activities to ensure completion within scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Develop and implement installation plans with project support teams.
• Supervise and mentor Project Specialists, Installers, technicians, and subcontractors in the field.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure work quality and compliance with standards.
• Provide technical support and system training to customers.
