Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Security Systems Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of commercial and enterprise security projects, including access control, CCTV, intrusion, and intercom systems. You will handle planning, scheduling, resourcing, budgeting, and closeout while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing security systems integration, low voltage, commercial construction, or similar environments.
• Experience managing complete project lifecycles including planning, scheduling, execution, documentation, and closeout.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in commercial/industrial/government settings.
• Experience managing project financials including budgets, labor forecasting, materials, and billing coordination.
• Strong technical understanding of security systems (card readers, CCTV, access control, NVRs, VMS, intrusion, intercom).

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of security system projects from scoping to closeout.
• Coordinate 20-25 projects concurrently with a $2–$3 million backlog.
• Coordinate installation and integration of access control, CCTV/IP video, intrusion, intercom, and related systems.
• Develop and maintain schedules, scopes of work, installation plans, reports, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure installations meet codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, UL) and client requirements.
