Job summary

Fleet Data Centers is seeking a Security Technical Program Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of physical security systems across its data center portfolio. The role sits at the intersection of security, design, construction, operations, and vendor management to ensure systems are designed, installed, and turned over per Fleet standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering or supporting physical security systems in a technical, construction, or critical infrastructure environment.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and construction documentation.
• Proficiency reviewing AutoCAD-based design packages or similar security docs.
• Experience coordinating vendors, integrators, installers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with commissioning, turnover, and operational readiness processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of physical security projects and programs across data centers.
• Manage security scope for access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, and emergency response.
• Coordinate with Design, Construction, Operations, IT/OT, EHS, and external vendors.
• Review design packages, schedules, layouts, and interfaces with building systems.
• Govern security workstreams, including RFQs, bid reviews, budgets, changes, and turnover.
