Job summary

Equiliem is seeking an experienced Fire Alarm and Security Project Manager to lead large-scale fire alarm, access control, video surveillance, and related low-voltage projects. You will oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, field operations, and client expectations to ensure compliance with codes and contract requirements.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing complex security projects in data centers or large commercial facilities, with strong leadership and coordination

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial fire alarm/electronic security systems.
• Experience managing large-scale projects up to $5 million and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm and security installations from planning to close-out.
• Proficiency with Asana and Microsoft Project for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
• Certifications such as PMP, NICET Fire Alarm, OSHA are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of fire alarm and security projects from bidding to close-out.
• Coordinate field technicians, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor budgets, procurement, change orders, and financial performance.
• Review drawings, specs, schedules, and contractual requirements for execution.
• Ensure installations meet codes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Visit project sites to coordinate field operations and verify progress.
