Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Full Time Security Account Manager at a Data Center in Reno, NV. You will lead daily security operations, supervise officers and supervisors, and ensure safety across the site.

This role blends people leadership with hands-on security management and client liaison responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have security management experience, strong tech skills, an active NV Guard Card, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid NV driver’s license if driving a company vehicle.
• Active NV Guard Card.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams.
• Experience leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.
• Proficiency in web-based applications and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client hours while minimizing unbillable overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams: hire, coach, and manage officers and supervisors; oversee payroll, performance, and relations.
• Enhance client relationships as the primary contact, ensuring high-quality service and protection.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies with professional coordination with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence: oversee training, safety, site standards, and inventory control (uniforms, equipment).
