Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join our Project Controls team for large-scale data center projects, on-site in Spartanburg, SC. You will develop and maintain integrated schedules across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, startup, and closeout, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure readiness and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in mission-critical facilities, strong Primavera skills, and a deep understanding of turnover,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of project scheduling experience on mission-critical facilities or large-scale projects.
• Data center project experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6.
• Understanding of EPC/EPCM project execution.
• Experience with resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules.
• Knowledge of system turnover, commissioning, startup, and operational readiness.
• Strong schedule risk analysis and critical path experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 and Primavera Cloud.
• Collaborate with commissioning and startup teams to create turnover plans.
• Analyze schedule impacts from scope, design, procurement, or commissioning changes.
• Facilitate schedule development and progress review meetings with stakeholders.
• Establish WBS, coding structures, and schedule governance.
• Review schedule logic, durations, constraints, calendars, and critical path.
• Perform progress updates, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support IAP sessions, pull-planning, and execution planning.
• Generate schedule reports and management presentations.
• Communicate schedule status and risks to project teams and clients.
