Job summary

SB Energy in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Scheduler to develop and maintain CPM schedules for data center construction projects. You will generate integrated master schedules, analyze variances, and provide recovery plans, while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Strong communication and leadership are essential. Minimum 5+ years in scheduling or project controls, with a background in EPC or utility-scale construction, and proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in scheduling, project controls, planning, or construction management.
• Experience with CPM scheduling, baseline development, progress updates, critical path analysis, and forecast.
• Experience with change management, delay analysis, contractor schedule reviews, and project reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for data center construction.
• Analyze schedule variances, delays, and risks.
• Prepare schedule reports, dashboards, and progress updates.
• Review contractor schedules and validate sequencing.
• Communicate schedule risks and recovery strategies to leadership.
