Job summary

Pacifico Energy LLC is seeking a seasoned Project Scheduler/Planner to support our data center power generation projects in Dallas, TX. You will develop and maintain schedules across pre-construction through turnover, coordinating with engineers, EPCs, operations, and partners to keep milestones on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years of proven experience in project scheduling and coordination.
• Experience in power systems, gas generation, renewable energy, or large infrastructure construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule Development: Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software, considering milestones and deadlines.
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials to meet timelines.
• Risk Assessment: Identify scheduling risks and develop contingency plans to avoid delays.
• Collaboration: Work with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders for alignment.
• Progress Tracking: Monitor progress against schedules and report KPIs to stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of schedules and changes, ensuring compliance.
• Continuous Improvement: Propose scheduling process improvements and best practices.
• Compliance: Ensure regulatory, safety, and environmental standards in scheduling activities.
