Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support the Data Center Market. You will drive cross-functional collaboration among Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, VDC, Product Management, and Customer Care to ensure execution of sales strategies.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills to turn insights into actions that improve product availability and revenue growth in the data center sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, supply chain management, or related field.
• Experience in or exposure to the data center market, MEP systems, or technical sales environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and deployment of sales initiatives targeting the data center market.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to align priorities and timelines.
• Obtain actionable information from sales, translating data analytics to manufacturing and supply chain for product availability.
• Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support decision-making.
• Create and implement strategies aligning with revenue growth in the data center market.
• Track performance metrics and milestones, identifying solutions for continuous improvement and agility.
• Prepare executive updates and cross-functional briefings.
