Let’s build a better world together – join us at Victaulic and be part of something that lasts.**Key Responsibilities:*** Assist in the development and deployment of sales initiatives specifically targeting the data center market.* Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functional teams to align priorities, timelines, and resource planning.* Obtain actionable information from sales, translating and coordinating data analytics to manufacturing and supply chain to drive product availability.* Conduct research on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to support strategic decision-making.* Create and implement business strategies that align with revenue growth opportunities in the data center vertical market.* Track performance metrics and program milestones, to identify and implement solutions and process improvements in support of continuous improvement and agility.* Prepare executive updates, cross-functional briefings, and initiative reports.**Qualifications:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.* 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, supply chain management, or a related field.* Experience in or exposure to the data center market, MEP systems, or technical sales environments is strongly preferred.* Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination and communication.* Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.**Travel:*** Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time to client locations and project sites.At Victaulic, we power the infrastructure behind the world’s digital and industrial growth.
