Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, supply chain management, or related field.
• Experience in or exposure to the data center market, MEP systems, or technical sales environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.

• Assist in the development and deployment of sales initiatives targeting the data center market.
• Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, and other teams to align priorities and timelines.

• Create and implement business strategies that align with revenue growth opportunities in the data center vertical market.
• Track performance metrics and program milestones, to identify and implement solutions and process improvements in support of continuous improvement and agility.
• Prepare executive updates, cross-functional briefings, and initiative reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, project management, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Experience in or exposure to the data center market, MEP systems, or technical sales environments is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in cross-functional coordination and communication.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and tools such as Salesforce, Power BI, or Tableau.

Travel:

Must be willing to travel up to 25% of time to client locations and project sites.
