• 2+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate support to sales representatives on special applications, systems or pricing.
• Process requests for modifications or options and other information not covered by published pricing.
• Stay informed on new products and competitive models; communicate suggested modifications to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare technical literature for internal and field applications; participate in product training of sales reps and customers.
