Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Project Coordinator II in Fremont, CA to plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery, handling asset management, scheduling, and progress tracking. You will work with SDMs/Project Managers to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.

The role requires strong Excel/Google Suite skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with 2–5 years of related experience.
• Strong Excel and Google Suite skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Experience with ticketing systems or project management tools.
• Able to multitask and work independently or in a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional decorum.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate data center projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate asset management, resources, and schedules.
• Provide weekly project updates and action items.
• Monitor change control, documentation, and budgets.
• Generate regular status reports and KPI insights.
• Collaborate with regional teams and stakeholders.
